Preparing your order

We prepare your order within 1 working day. The estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after dispatch. Preparation time is separate from delivery time. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.

Shipping rates

Tracked standard delivery costs €6.90 for orders below €120. Orders of €120 or more qualify for free standard delivery. The final delivery charge and any applicable currency conversion are shown at checkout before payment.

Where we deliver

Select your delivery country and enter your full address at checkout to see whether delivery is available for your order. If your country is not listed or no shipping option appears, please contact us before placing an order.

Tracking your parcel

Our standard delivery service is tracked. Check your shipping confirmation for the tracking details when your order is dispatched. If you cannot find them, contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Delivery estimates and delays

The 5–8 business day timeframe is an estimate. Public holidays, carrier delays or customs checks may affect arrival times. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us so we can look into it.

Your delivery address

Please check your address, postcode and contact details before paying. If you notice a mistake or need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether the change is still possible before dispatch.

The available payment methods are shown at checkout and may depend on your country and device. Keep your order confirmation email for your order number and purchase details.

Returns or a problem with your order?

For return enquiries, missing items or a damaged parcel, please contact NØR with your order number and a description of the issue. If an item is damaged, include photographs so we can understand what happened and advise on the next steps.
